Having a lil fun while feeling, dealing and healing and sharing the journey. Follow the journey...see where I will skate next and to what song. I'm trying to learn some new moves, my kids say all I got is that same lil step...they ain't lyin :)
On this video I felt anxiety rising (a few shytty calls and feeling emotional - my options were to stay down or get up and clown a bit). I clowned a bit and later felt just fine!
