Heavy is a crown.
I love you.
I appreciate you.
You are a queen.
Health is wealth.
Full health.
That means nothing missing, nothing lacking.
Whole.
Wholeness.
Whole health.
Spiritual.
Emotional.
Mental.
Physical.
Financial.
Relational.
Peace.
Be still.
Know when to release.
Look beyond your faults,
past the cracks and the wear,
and be what you need:
Love.
L-O-V-E.
Not just offered—
lived, chosen, freely received.
Love yourself
because you are remarkable.
A wonder.
A storm.
And a calm.
You are a P31 woman.
Adjust your crown.
Polish it with truth.
But guess what?
I know it gets heavy.
And when it does—
I will help you carry it.
Because
heavy is a crown.
Not because of burden,
but because of blessing.
Jewel after jewel,
reward after reward,
gem after gem—
each one added
when you choose right,
when you fight right,
when you stay soft,
when you stay lit.
Heavy is the crown,
but so are your roots.
They run deep.
And you were built for
every bloom,
every bruise,
and every breakthrough.
They thought when they buried you, it was over—
but they didn’t realize
you were a seed.
They didn’t realize
how every time they threw dirt on you,
it just pushed you further down.
So you’re anchored.
The roots are anchored.
You’re anchored.
So when you feel the weight,
don’t drop the crown.
Pass it.
Share it.
Lift it.
Wear it.
